Return & Refund Policy

Because our blinds are custom-made to your selected size, design, print side, and mounting option, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please double-check your measurements, product options, and order notes before placing your order. We are not responsible for returns or replacements caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Because custom blinds are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once production has started.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loomorahouse@gmail.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made blinds, personalized products, final sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
