Because our blinds are custom-made to your selected size and design, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
