Are these blinds custom-made?

Yes. Each blind is made to order based on the size range and options you select. Please enter your exact width and height in the cart note before checkout.

How much light do the blinds block?

These blinds block approximately 70–80% of light. They provide a soft light-filtering effect while keeping your room bright and comfortable.

Are these full blackout blinds?

No. These are light-filtering blinds, not full blackout blinds. For bedrooms or spaces that require a darker environment, we recommend pairing them with curtains for additional privacy and light control.

Can I order a custom size?

Yes. Please select the correct size range first, then enter your exact blind width and height in the cart note before checkout.

How do I enter my exact measurements?

What is the difference between inside mount and outside mount?

Inside mount means the blind is installed inside the window frame. Outside mount means the blind is installed outside the window frame and covers a larger area.

Can I choose single-sided or double-sided printing?

Yes. Single-sided and double-sided printing options are available. Please select your preferred option before adding the product to your cart.

Is a no-drill mount option available?

Yes. A no-drill mount option is available. Please choose the appropriate mount option on the product page.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 3–5 business days because each blind is made to order.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

Can I return a custom-made blind?

Please double-check your measurements before placing your order. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
